Midnight Madness 2010! (Who is that behind me?)

An erratic list:

Past: I commuted to Virginia schools from Maryland for the past seven years. You’ll find me in the Philippines in the summer. I grew up in the Disney Renaissance and will be forever captivated by the Disney company.

Present: I’m a freshman majoring in economics and minoring in math and English. My favorite place to hang out on campus is the student lounge on the fifth floor and the Career and Internship Center, both located at the Ballston center, and the Lodge on Main campus. Outside of academia, I am an Academic Affairs Senator for Student Government, Vice President of the Global Charity Project, Communications Director for DCMUSA, Operations Management team member and secretary of the Kenya Project, devoted member of the International club, and now I am a blogger for Marymount Admissions!

Future: ?, etc.

Five facts:

My favorite class is Spanish, Economics, and Journalism.
I hope to establish a enormous brownstone library one day.
I’ve played the piano since I was four (I have a ukulele too!).
My iPod is filled with international music from almost every continent.
I am a huge fan of Walt Disney, Hayao Miyazaki, James Dean, and Anderson Cooper.

*This blog is not here only because it’s a way for me, a commuter, to really connect with the students and campus here at MU, but because it’s also a resource for prospectives to get a feel of what this school (and D.C.) is like, so if you have any questions about what it’s like here, ask in the comment section below!
